All Habitat Hunters Agents are Realtors®, and not just Real Estate Agents.
Although the terms are often used interchangeably, a Real Estate Agent and a Realtor® are not the same thing. A Texas Real Estate Agent is anyone licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to sell or lease a house or property on behalf of another.
A Texas Realtor® is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors® (TAR) and has gone above and beyond the minimum agents' requirements, achieving a higher level of education and subscribing to a particular code of ethics.
In addition, Realtors® subscribe to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of Realtors®, so you know they will operate under the highest ethical standards. For your convenience, we have provided on this site a Summary of the Realtors® Code of Ethics.
