Nathan was born in San Antonio but grew up in Victoria, TX. He graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor's degree in Health and Fitness Management and a minor in Business Administration.

Nathan is very passionate about the real estate business. Real estate thrives in his family — his uncle in North Carolina is a developer and another uncle in Houston is in real estate law.
