“When we decided to find a rental property in Austin, we didn't know where to begin looking. We found the habitat hunters website and submitted our contact information and explained what we were looking for. Within a few hours we were contacted by Dana Sanditen who was very eager to help us find what we were looking for. After explaining to Dana what we needed and when we needed to move, she set up a date to begin looking for leases. A few days before we were to begin the actual search for a rental, we decided we might want to buy a home instead of rent and take advantage of the tax credit. Dana willingly took on the impossible task of finding us a home with just two days until the deadline for the tax credit. “Unbelievably great service by Dana Sanditen at Habitat Hunters. We moved from Salem, Oregon to Austin, Texas with only two weeks to find a rental house long distance (we had never even been to Austin!). Dana went above and beyond, researching homes and sending us pix and descriptions, but even more than that she actually went out and looked at the homes and sent us pix from her cell. She was always willing to talk to us, no matter the day or time (and we were freaking out about not having a place to live so she talked to us at some very odd hours!).
