Rod is a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer (PE), a project management professional (PMP), and a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.

Rod’s real estate experience began in Plano, Texas with the purchase of his first home, converting it to a rental property for a number of years. After moving to Austin, Rod’s interest in real estate grew as he purchased more properties. Rod has recently renovated a waterfront property on Lake Travis.

Rod, an avid water skier, enjoys spending time on the lake, skiing and sharing his knowledge and skill of the sport with others. When not at the lake, Rod spends time with his family, friends, and dog.
