Residential and/or Commercial, Sales and Leasing Agents Needed

• Handle all aspects of real estate industry, for long-term client retention, i.e., Sales, Leasing, Consulting & Relo. Residential: Houses, Duplexes, Condos, Town homes, Apartments. Commercial: Offices, Retail, Multifamily, Restaurants, Warehouses, etc.
• Provide you with an abundance of referral and repeat leads
• On-Staff attorney/CPA/REALTOR, for clients' questions
• On-Staff attorney/CPA/Realtor_®, for clients' legal and tax real estate questions

Job Description:

• We provide you with leads, but you will also master the art of obtaining your own clients
• No franchise, desk, transaction fees or hidden costs
• Unlimited earning potential, based on performance

• We'll show you how to succeed by mentoring you through all procedures of the real estate process, as necessary

Job Responsibilities:

• List, sell and lease residential and commercial property in and around Austin
• Act professionally, ethically and efficiently in your real estate activities
• Promote yourself and the goodwill of Habitat Hunters, to the public

Expenses We Cover:

• Support staff for paperwork, errands, scheduling appointments, etc.
• Training and mentoring as necessary
• Signs, lockboxes, info-boxes, trade subscriptions, all forms and relocation packets
• Access to computers, desks, phones, equipment, 24-hour answering service
• Business faxes, copies, and long distance calls
• TV commercials when applicable, and advertising as necessary

Job Qualifications:

• Currently Active Texas Real Estate License
• National, State and Local Association of Realtors_® memberships
